Terms of Service

Welcome to Reigning Life Coaching & Academy. These terms apply when you use reigninglifecoaching.com, book an appointment, or receive services from Reigning Life Coaching, LLC (“Reigning Life,” “we,” “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to them.
Our services
Reigning Life provides Christ-centered, whole-person coaching and pastoral counseling for individuals, couples, families, and churches. Our services are not psychotherapy, licensed mental health treatment, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and they do not replace them. If you are receiving care from a doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist, please continue that care; we are glad to work alongside it. If we believe you need a different kind of help, we will tell you and help you find it.
Your part
Coaching is a partnership. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, and results depend on many things, including your own effort and circumstances. We cannot promise any particular outcome.
Booking and payment
- Appointments are booked online through Square, or by phone or email.
- Payment is due when you book, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are shown on the booking page.
- Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
- 24 hours or more before your appointment: you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a missed appointment: the session fee is not refundable.
- Late arrival: the session will still end at its scheduled time.
- If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the first available new time, whichever you prefer.
- We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us, and we will respond with grace.
Online sessions
Online sessions take place by video or phone. Please join from a private, quiet place. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device.
Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential, with the legal and safety exceptions described in our Privacy Policy. Sessions may not be recorded by either party without written agreement.
Minors
Services for anyone under 18 require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Books, courses, and website content
All books, course materials, and website content are owned by Reigning Life Coaching, LLC or Rev. Dr. Theodros Bezabih and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal growth, but you may not copy, sell, or share them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reigning Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when they were last changed.
