Reigning Life Coaching, LLC (“Reigning Life,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through reigninglifecoaching.com and our booking and payment pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you send a message through our contact form, book an appointment, or contact us by phone or email, you may share your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and anything you choose to write about your situation.
• Booking and payment information. Appointments and payments are handled by Square. Square collects your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, contact details, appointment time, and payment status.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records basic data such as your browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To provide the coaching and pastoral counseling services you request.
• To meet legal obligations and keep our records accurate.

Email updates. We send news, resources, and announcements only to people who sign up through our “Stay connected” form or check the box asking for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop at any time. We never let other subscribers see your email address.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our practice — Square (booking and payments), Netlify (website hosting and form delivery), IONOS (email), and, if you subscribe to our updates, our email newsletter service — and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you share in a coaching or counseling session is kept confidential. There are important exceptions, which we will discuss with you at your first session:

• If there is a serious risk that you may harm yourself or someone else.
• If we learn of abuse or neglect of a child, an elderly person, or a vulnerable adult, which we are required by law to report.
• If a court orders us to release information, or the law otherwise requires it.
• If you give us written permission to share information with someone else.

How we protect and keep your information

Our website uses a secure, encrypted connection (https). We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive details through the contact form; we are glad to discuss them in person or by phone.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Simply email or call us using the details below. Some records may need to be kept for legal or financial reasons.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13. Services for anyone under 18 require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
